is Virtual Web Hosting? |

specialize in Virtual Web Hosting which means that you
can find a home for your web site on our web servers and
establish a presence on the internet. We can help register
your own domain name which will become your unique address
on the World Wide Web. Having your own domain name does
not suggest that you are renting web space, and, since
email can be addressed to your domain (eg. www.yourname.com
) you will not have to announce a new email address if
you change Internet providers. |

you offer web page design services? |

we do offer web page design services, we will gladly

are your technical support hours? |

| 9:30am
to 6:30pm (Indian Standard Time) six days per week. Emergency
support is available 24 hours per day for emergencies
only. |

there a minimum contract period? |

only minimum periods for each account are the minimum
periods for which each account type is available. Most
accounts may be purchased on a month-to-month basis. |

types of payment do you accept? |

We
accept Visa, Mastercard, HDFC online banking and cheques
drawn on Indian banks and cash. |

Can you offer me a special deal? |

requirements. Be sure to include the country where you
are located and if in the India if you are a registered

| Who
owns my domain when I register it through you? |
|
| You
do. You, or the person you specify when you sign up, will
be listed as the administrative and billing contact on
your domain and will retain full control over it at all
times. |

the domain fee included in your prices? |

| If
you are registering a .com, .net, or .org domain name
we will automatically register your domain for you for
Rs. 600/- per year unless you tell us not to. This is
the total cost of ownership, there is no additional registration
fee. |

you support FrontPage 98 and FrontPage 2000 Extensions? |

| Yes,
we support FrontPage Extensions on our NT Servers. Please
note that you must specifically request an NT account
in order to be placed on an NT server. |

| Why
don't you just give everyone their own IP address? |
|
| There
are a limited number of IP addresses in the world and
that number is rapidly being depleted. Once the IP addresses
are gone, they're gone--there just won't be any more for
anyone else. There is some work being done to establish
a new system but it would take a very long time to implement
it and it is not near completion yet. So, in an effort
to do our part, we minimize the number of IP addresses
we use. More than 95% of our clients use shared IP addresses
and do not report that they have any trouble with them
at all. |

| If
I refer my friend to you and he signs up do I get something
for it? |

| Yes,
we offer a 10% referral fee when your friend (or anyone
else you refer) makes their payment. If they make one
annual payment you will receive it all at once. If they
sign up on a monthly plan then 10% of the amount they
pay each month will be credited to your account. We will
issue a check for the amount of credit on your account
upon request. Some clients refer 10 or more friends during
the year and leave the funds as a credit on their account
which allows them to get their next year "free". |

does hosting on an NT machine cost more than hosting on
a Linux machine? |

to the overhead involved in establishing and maintaining
NT servers (software, additional staff, etc.) we charge
more for NT accounts. |

server software are you running? |

| Our
Linux servers run RedHat Linux and Apache web server.
Our NT servers run Windows 2000 server and IIS. |

want to accept credit cards through my website, can I
do this on your servers? |

you'll need to select a shopping cart and you will need
to have a merchant account with a bank. |

do I get a merchant account? |

contact our sales
team for further information on how can you get the
merchant account. |

| Do
you back-up my website? |
|
| We
back-up all the data on the servers weekly. These back-ups
are available at no cost only if the entire server needs
to be reloaded. Because we cannot guarantee the viability
of any given day's back-up, we
strongly encourage all users to keep copies of their data
on their own computers including website and database
backups . We will provide back-ups of individual
files or directories at a rate of Rs. 500 per instance. |

are you connected to the Net? |

are connected via multiple T3 lines. |

| Do
you offer telnet access? |
|
| No
! The reasons for this is that sometimes the processes
are left running when you log out or run CPU-intensive
programs when you are logged in resulting in low performance
of the machine. |

is your uptime guarantee? |

| We
guarantee that all servers will have a 99% uptime average
exclusive of natural or manmade disaster or circumstances
beyond our control or absolutely necessary announced downtime.
We have maintained an uptime average of over 99% since
we first went online. |

you offer Dial-up Internet access. |
| No.
You will need local Internet access in order to maintain
your web site and retrieve email addressed to your site.
Providing a specialized service means that we do not have
hundreds of modems to maintain, enables us to devote more
time to our customers and to the addition of enhancements
to the entire site. Our web servers are on a MULTIPLE
T# connection to the Internet. Since we do not offer dial-up
service, 100% of this bandwidth is dedicated to serving
your pages, ensuring a high level of performance. |
